Hi Fanny! You are the chef of a large restaurant in Courchevel, can you tell us how long you have been in this profession? 
I have been a chef for 13 years – and I’ve never lost my passion for this job.  

What inspired you to become a chef? 
The love of good food! It started with an appreciation and love of great gastronomy which motivated me to join this profession. And I love making people happy, offering them fresh combinations of textures and tastes, working with local and seasonal products and always with respect for the environment.  

Why did you choose Courchevel? 
It was due to my friendship with Florence Carcassonne, the general manager of La Sivolière hotel. We have known each other for 10 years and we share the same philosophy and vision of gastronomy. It’s thanks to her that I am in Courchevel. 

What is your favourite panorama in Courchevel? 
The view from my kitchen! I'm so lucky to be able to work with a view like this. 

What are your hobbies in Courchevel? 
Going sledging with my kids and my partner Jonathan. I try to spend as much time as I can with them, although my working hours are long, being a mum is so important…
