The FAMILLE PLUS label is granted for three years to municipalities with a clearly defined policy for welcoming families and children. It is granted on the basis of an application and an audit ensures that the criteria are actually met. Interim checks and regular updates also help to improve and adapt the quality of the welcome and family services.
In conjunction with the municipality, accommodation, activity and catering providers commit to offering a special welcome to families.
