Sylvestre Wahid, his Chef for five years now, has devised a menu inspired by the Mediterranean, sometimes with a mountain touch, but characterised above all by authenticity. Sylvestre works with the most beautiful products : turbot, truffle, Galicia sea urchin, Alaska giant crab and more. On the dessert side, his brother Jonathan Wahid offers a new take on the great classics such as Baked Alaska or the Mont-Blanc dessert...
