From breakfast through to dinner, they unite their skills and their passion to glorify the products of this alpine region. Breads and pastries form the heart of a delectable buffet breakfast, ceding their place to contemporary patisseries and more elaborate creations when evening falls.
At lunch, the menu has gourmandise as its watchword, and offers a rhapsody for the senses at dinner. The spirit of this restaurant is also evident in its wine cellar, a pyramid of smoked glass that occupies a privileged place in the room, with its choice of the finest bottles and the greatest vintages.
